We believe in a perfect fit; therefore, all our products are made to order to give your dream fit and save you from hassles of returns. Accordingly, it usually takes approximately 5-7 days to prepare the order and another 2-3 days to deliver it within India. For International orders, it usually takes 8-14 working days for the order to reach the User after placing the order.
There are two types of customisation option available:
- You can get length of certain garments (knee length, ankle length, below knee length etc), neckline (boat neck, U neck, V neck etc) and sleeves (full sleeves, half sleeves etc) customized.
- You can also provide your exact measurements to get a customized garment made to fit your body.

While ordering, click on ‘Custom Size’ and fill in just three mandatory measurements for Bust, Waist and Hip. You may also provide us with other optional measurements like shoulder, arms, chest etc for a perfect fit.
After choosing Custom Size option, pls click on ‘How to Measure’ button (Bottom Right) to see a pictorial / written instruction on how to exactly measure any body part.
Shopping at Power Sutra via pre-paid mode of payment (credit cards, debit cards, Paytm, net banking etc.) is done through highly secured, reputed, and leading payment gateway companies such as PayU and Razorpay. At the time of making payment, you have the option to choose any of these payment gateway providers and various pre-paid payment options provided by leading card companies of the world including Master Card and Visa.
Yes, you can. If your order is made to measure as per the measurements provided by you, it is highly unlikely that you won’t fit in the garment. Still, to your satisfaction, we provide option for free alterations.
All products (except Customised products and products in standard sizes above 5XL) are eligible for exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product by the customer subject to Exchange & Return policy. Following terms and conditions would apply for all exchanges:
- Product should be unused and unwashed
- There should not be any perfume/deodorant/washing powder smell on it
- Product should be free of any stains (make-up, pen marks etc.)
- Original tags should be intact.
No, customised products are only eligible for free of cost alteration
Pls don’t worry if payment is deducted from your account and you have not received the order confirmation. Simply sign into your account and recheck the order status. If you still do not see an order confirmation or if you do not have an account with us, pls. call us or send us a WhatsApp message on +91-7827122980 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out. In case you have cancelled an order or are awaiting a refund, most likely payment refund is already being processed. It may take 1-3 days for the payment to get reflected back in your account as per the policies of the payment gateway providers.
