• How long will it take for my Power Sutra order to arrive?

    We believe in a perfect fit; therefore, all our products are made to order to give your dream fit and save you from hassles of returns. It usually takes us 2-6 days to prepare the order and another 2-4 days to deliver it. You can expect your order to arrive in 4-10 days.

  • Can I request for an early delivery of my order in case of some urgency?

    If you need your order early, you can write to us at care@powersutra.co or WhatsApp at (+91) -7827122980. We will try our best to cater to your request as a special case and deliver your order before or on the date requested by you.

  • Is Cash on delivery (COD) available on all the products at Power Sutra?

    COD option is not available on orders to be delivered outside India. For domestic orders, COD is not available on customised orders but you can opt for COD for our standard sizes for up to INR 6000. An extra INR 50 will be charged on COD (non-refundable). For domestic orders greater than INR 6000, you will need to opt for pre-paid mode of payment via Credit Card/Debit card/Paytm/Google pay / net banking etc.

  • How do I know which size garments will fit me?

    We provide garments in both Power Sutra standard sizes and customized sizes based on your exact measurement. While ordering, click on ‘Size Chart’ to see which Power Sutra standard size would suit you the best. If you are still unsure, you may provide your exact measurements by clicking on ‘Customize Now’ option. You may also call or WhatsApp us should you need any suggestions while placing an order.

  • What types of customization options are available?

    There are two types of customisation option available:

    • You can get length of certain garments (knee length, ankle length, below knee length etc) and sleeves (full sleeves, half sleeves etc) customised.
    • You can also provide your exact measurements to get a customized garment made to fit your body.

  • How do I provide my measurements for a perfect fit?

    While ordering, click on ‘Power Sutra Size’ and chose ‘Customize Now’ option. Fill in just three mandatory measurements for Bust, Waist and Hip. You may also provide us with other optional measurements like shoulder, arms, chest etc for a perfect fit.

  • How do I measure my parameters for customization?

    Under the ‘Customize Now’ option, click on the (i) button next to each body part / parameter to see a pictorial / written instruction on how to exactly measure that body part.

  • What are the payment gateway partners at Power Sutra?

    Shopping at Power Sutra via pre-paid mode of payment (credit cards, debit cards, Paytm, net banking etc.) is done through highly secured, reputed and leading payment gateway companies such as PayU and Razorpay. At the time of making payment, you have the option to choose any of these payment gateway providers and various pre-paid payment options provided by leading card companies of the world including Master Card and Visa.

  • Can I ask for alteration if I don’t fit in the garment ordered?

    Yes, you can. If your order is made to measure as per the measurements provided by you, it is highly unlikely that you won’t fit in the garment. Still, to your satisfaction, we provide option for free alteration for up to two times. Beyond the second time, you will have to bear the expenses of pick up & return plus an extra INR 500 for alteration service.

  • Can I exchange /return the product once bought?

    All products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product by the customer subject to Exchange & Return policy. Following terms and conditions would apply for all exchanges:

    • Product should be unused and unwashed
    • There should not be any perfume/deodorant/washing powder / smell etc odour on it
    • Product should be free of any stains (make-up, pen marks etc.)
    • Original tags should be intact.
  • Are customized products eligible for return/exchange?

    No, customized products are only eligible for alteration. Up to two times, alteration could be done free of cost but after the second time, you will have to bear the cost of the alteration including pick up and return costs. For further details, please refer to our Exchange & Return policy.

  • What should I do in case money is deducted from my account but I did not receive an order confirmation?

    Pls don’t worry if payment is deducted from your account and you have not received the order confirmation. Simply sign into your account and recheck the order status. If you still do not see an order confirmation or if you do not have an account with us, pls. call us at our toll free number 18001023269 or send us a WhatsApp message on +91-7827122980 or email us at care@powersutra.co and we will help you out. In case you have cancelled an order or are awaiting a refund, most likely payment refund is already being processed. It may take 1-3 days for the payment to get reflected back in your account as per the policies of the payment gateway providers.

  • Are there any hidden charges like GST etc. on top of the garment price mentioned?

    As per the law, we need to pay requisite amount of GST to tax department on any garment sold. However, our prices are inclusive of the GST charges. Therefore, there are no hidden cost or charges beyond what is mentioned.

*If your size falls in between the above sizes, it is recommended to opt for the smaller size or try the customized fits from Power Sutra.

For example - If your waist is 31.5" go for Medium Size (M) instead of Large (L) size or try "Customized Now" option and provide your exact measurements for a perfect fit.

  • b) Hip Length (Covering half or less than half of the hips): Hem of the Top rests between the hip bone and the crotch
  • c) Below Hip Length (Covering full hips): Hem of the Top rests just above the upper thigh hitting just below the crotch.
  • a) Above knee length: Hemline of the skirt or dress falls 0-2 inches above the knees
  • b) Knee Length: Hemline of the skirt or dress falls anywhere on the knees
  • c) Below Knee Length: Hemline of the skirt or dress falls 0-2 inches below the knees
  • a) Above ankle length: Hem of the trouser falls 1-2 inches above the ankle joint
  • b) Ankle length: Hem of the trouser just hits the ankle joint
