- We deliver nationally to most of the pin codes. While purchasing the Products, the User has an option to verify whether the Product is deliverable at the shipping address pin code of the User. The User is required to check delivery of Products is available to such User’s shipping Address pin code or not, in order to avoid any delivery related issue. If the area where the User wishes that the purchased Products be delivered is not within Power Sutra’s recognised delivery network, Power Sutra will not be able to process the order further.
1.1 Delivery of Products within India
- No delivery charges are applicable for all prepaid orders above INR 1,000.
- A standard delivery charge of INR 50 will be applicable to all orders (whether prepaid or cash on delivery) under INR 1,000. Such delivery charge is non-refundable.
- For cash on delivery (COD) orders, Power Sutra shall charge INR 50 as handling charges. Such handling charges are non-refundable.
- Delivery of Products outside India: A standard delivery charge of INR 1,500 will be applicable for all orders under INR 15,000. For orders above INR 15,000, no delivery charges are applicable. COD option is not available for products to be delivered outside India.
2. Indicative Timelines For Orders
- As Power Sutra is a made to measure brand, it does not keep/ maintain any inventory and all orders are prepared after the User places the order. Accordingly, it usually takes approximately 2-6 days to prepare the order and another 2-4 days to deliver it within India. You can expect your order to arrive in 4-10 days. For International orders, it usually takes 14-20 working days for the order to reach the User after placing the order.
- 2.1 The timelines indicated above are purely indicative, and the actual time for delivery would depend on various factors including, but not limited to, the time taken by Logistics Partners, couriers, customs clearance, availability of transport, governmental clearances, etc.
- 2.2 Power Sutra shall make reasonable attempts in ensuring that the tracking status of the purchased Products is updated in a timely manner. However, Power Sutra does not guarantee the accuracy of the tracking status since it is updated on a real-time basis and is subject to inconsistencies arising out of time-lags in updating the information and other technicalities beyond Power Sutra’s control.
Track Your Order
- The User can check the status of his/ her order on Platforms in “My orders” section of the User’s account. In case the User does not have an account with Power Sutra, the User may track the order by using the track link in the e-mail sent to the registered e-mail id for confirmation of the order. Alternatively, the User may contact the customer care on Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
3. Other Terms of Delivery
- 3.1 Power Sutra partners with third party logistic service providers in order to effectuate Product delivery to Users ("Logistic Partners"). Details of the Logistic Partner who will be processing the delivery of the purchased Product(s) will be provided to the User upon the purchased Product(s) being handed over to the Logistic Partner by Power Sutra. Power Sutra may also effectuate Product delivery to Users on its own without engaging Logistic Partners.
- 3.2 Prior to making payments on the Platforms for the purchase of Products, the User will be prompted to provide a shipping address. While entering shipping address details, the User should ensure to provide correct, complete and accurate information along with sufficient landmarks in order to aid identification of the address. Any failure in delivering the purchased Products arising out of the User’s failure to provide correct, complete and accurate information shall not hold Power Sutra liable at any point in time.
- 3.3 A maximum of 2 (two) attempts shall be made to deliver purchased Products to the User. Should the User continue to remain unavailable after 2 (two) attempts, Power Sutra reserves the right to cancel the order pertaining to the purchased Products at its sole discretion. While Power Sutra shall make reasonable endeavours in ensuring that purchased Products are delivered to its Users in a timely manner, delivery may be delayed on account of various factors, including:
In such events of delay, Power Sutra shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the User by writing to the User on his/ her registered email account and/or mobile number. Power Sutra disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to intimate the User of anticipated delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the Platforms. Further, Power Sutra shall be under no obligation to compensate the User for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise on account of a delay in the shipment and delivery or use of the purchased Products.

- political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.
- acts of god such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
- pandemics or health emergency condition and
- other unforeseen circumstances.
- 3.4 Power Sutra, as an internal process, undertakes multiple diligences to ensure that individuals employed by their Logistic Partners are individuals with the highest regard for ethics and integrity. However, it is not possible for Power Sutra to ensure that employees of its Logistic Partners behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence and good mannerism. It is expressly clarified that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy or offensiveness shown by employees of the Logistic Partners is beyond Power Sutra’s control and any issue arising between a User and an employee of the Logistic Provider will have to be resolved by the User, independently.
- 3.5 Title and risk of loss for all purchased Products shall pass onto the User upon the delivery of the purchased Products to the User.
