We have a no questions asked hassle free easy refund, exchange and alteration policy for all our Products (except for Customized Products, which can only be altered) within 7 days of the date of receipt of the Product by the customer. Following terms and conditions apply:

  • Product should be unused and unwashed

  • There should not be any perfume/ deodorant/ washing powder smell etc on it

  • Product should be free of any stains (make-up, pen marks etc.)

  • Original tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories should not have been damaged or discarded

  • the accessories delivered with the Product should be returned along with the Product, in an undamaged condition

Process for placing the request for order refund, exchange, alteration, or cancellation: Please send an email to care@powersutra.co along with your order ID, and our customer care executives will take care of the rest.

1. Refund

  • For online payment: Power Sutra shall initiate a process of refund to its original source of payment (credit card, Paytm, bank accounts etc) post receipt of the Product and satisfactory quality checks. Typically, it takes around 2-3 days for money to get credited back in the account post refund initiation by us.

  • For payment made through cash on delivery mode: Power Sutra shall refund the money to User’s account as a gift card / store credit.

  • It is clarified that the refund entitled to by a User shall not include COD or shipping charges, if applicable, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery.

2. Exchange

  • Once the return request is duly placed, Product is likely to be picked up by our reverse-logistics partner within 24-48 hours.

  • It usually takes 7-10 working days to complete the exchange request post placing a request.

3. Alteration

  • Standard and Customized Products are eligible for free of cost alteration in terms of fit.

  • The option of adding / removing sleeves or increasing / decreasing length of Product can be opted for only at the time of placing the initial order.

4. Cancellation

  • Orders are eligible for cancellation by the User for up to 8 hours from the placement of the order.

  • Once the User cancels the order within such 8 hours, the paid amount for such cancelled order will be refunded in line with the Refund Policy mentioned above.

5. Defective/ Damaged/ Incorrect Apparel

  • Though it would be highly unlikely, however; in case of an incorrect/ wrong / damaged Product received by the User, pls. notify us within 24 hours of receiving the same.

  • We assure you that we would replace your product or provide you full refund (at your option) in such a case.

6. Grievance Officer
